To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following conditions:
- Clearly outline the reasons for dissatisfaction or the defects in the service.
- Provide evidence or specific details supporting the request.
- Refrain from using or implementing the delivered web design service.
4. Refund Process:

- Once we begin developing your specialized website, I do not provide refunds. You must request a refund within 1 hour after placing your transaction if you desire one. The reimbursement will be processed at most 15 days from now.
